What is your Covid-19 policy? +

Per the new health order from LA County Department of Public Health (issue date: 9/28/21) - we will require proof of vaccination or pre-entry negative Covid-19 viral test within 72 hours of entry in order to be admitted for all shows beginning on 10/7/21.

Some shows will not accept a pre-entry negative Covid-19 viral test per artist’s preference. Please refer to the specific show event page to confirm if a negative Covid-19 viral test will work for the show you are planning to attend.

What forms of proof of vaccination are accepted? +

- Physical vaccination card
- Digital copy of your vaccination card

What forms of negative Covid-19 tests are accepted? +

- Molecular, PCR or antigen test results from an official testing center
- Physical or digital copy from the test provider or laboratory
- No at home tests will be accepted

Do you offer parking? +

We do not offer street parking however there is plenty of street parking available near the venue.

How does ticketing work? +

All tickets are will-call, which is to say that there are no physical tickets- your name will be on a list at the door. You should receive an email confirmation of your ticket purchase. If you did not, you can contact info@lodgeroomhlp.com to confirm your ticket. Please bring valid photo ID for proof of age and ticket purchase. Advance tickets guarantee entry to the show. All tickets are general admission only unless noted otherwise and DO NOT guarantee seating. A non-refundable ticket service charge will be added to the purchase price of each ticket. All tickets purchased through this site are NON-TRANSFERABLE. All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Advance tickets are only available through our website. Lodge Room does not have a physical box office. Walk-up ticket purchases are only available at Lodge Room unless the show is sold out. All Shows are all ages, unless otherwise noted.

I’ve never been to Lodge Room before, do I get a seat or is it general admission? +

Most shows and events at Lodge Room are General Admission / Standing Room Only unless otherwise noted.

Are you ADA accessible? +

Yes, our on-site amenities are 100% ADA accessible. If special assistance is required, please speak to a member of the staff upon arrival at the venue.

What is your policy on transferring tickets? +

Reach out to us directly at tickets@lodgeroomhlp.com at least 24 hours before doors. Day of show transfers will not be accepted.

My band would like to play at Lodge Room- how can we make that happen? +

Email bookings@lodgeroomhlp.com and your information will be passed along to our booking department. Someone will be in touch if we have any open opportunities.

What is your photography / taping policy? +

You are allowed to bring camera phones and handhelds, but professional cameras and/or cameras with detachable lenses are not allowed without an artist and venue approved photo pass. Our photography and taping policies are dictated by the policies of the bands playing the show in question, so this is subject to change

Is there any good food nearby Lodge Room? +

There are plenty of great bars and restaurants within walking distance of the venue.

I’m on the guest list. How do I get in? +

Proceed to the box office as any other patron. Occasionally there will be a dictated line for Guest List and regular ticket holders. Be prepared to present a valid photo ID for admittance.

If I don’t have a photo ID, can I still get in the venue? +

Accepted forms of ID are current and non-expired: State Issued ID or Driver’s License, Military & Passport ID.

Are there ins-and-outs? +

Yes.
